Not sure if this is the best place to start this thread, but...
We always fry our Thanksgiving turkey(s). This year, I'm pondering the idea of trying a pheasant or two in there. Anybody tried this? How's it turn out?
I have done it before and it is excellent, just make sure you don't over cook it. I think it only took like 5 minutes or so per bird you just have to watch it closely.
