The last time I talked with a gentleman working this project I don't recall they had any samples from Wisconsin.

Has anyone been able to send in feather samples from wild birds? Just a reminder; This is not just an IL thing. Wisconsin birds are in the same boat as IL birds. We need samples from multiple states.

We are facing an issue that goes beyond the obvious culprits (habitat, predations, etc). The more help we get the more we'll know.
