PF Vet Hunt

On November 14th the Susquehanna Valley Chapter of PF held it's annual veterans hunt at Mason Dixon Hunting Farm in Glen Rock, PA. It was a great day for everybody involved and the weather was nice, even with the wind. All the hunters received a certificate of appreciation form the PA House of Representatives before the hunt. We had a group of good shooters who took home a lot of birds. Some of those birds got moving pretty good in the wind. Blitz and Champ had a good day of finding birds and retrieving. It was a pleasure to provide these men an enjoyable day out in the fields.

A note on the one picture (I think it's the first one). The bird flushed, I got down and Champ ran me over. He put me right on my back and all I could do was laugh.

Looks like you took quite a tumble..I see your arm sprawled out in the air..lol!
All kidding aside kudos to you and your PF for putting on such great events that are very meaningful for those attending!

Steady to wing I see! J/K Maybe Franklin should recruit him as a fullback. :D

All kidding aside that's great and you have been doing this for a few years now, my hat goes off to you. Them boys are lucky to have such dogs working for them.:10sign:

The picture hitting the bird and the shell ejecting is pretty cool, but the one with your grey beard dog, blitz?, on point gives me chills. Amazing photos!
