Here is a flyer for the Susquehanna Valley Chapter of PF's spring shoot. Come out if you can make it.

We will have a lot of prizes to give out during our PF shoot including several gift certificates for sporting clays at Littlestown, Martz's and Warrington. We also have 2 hunts up for our silent auction. One is for Onpoint Outfitters in Addison, PA. The other is for S&M Hunting Lodge in Gettysburg.
 
Sounds like it's going to be a fun event, wish I lived closer.

How's the pup coming along?
 
It will be a good time as long as the weather cooperates. One year we had 40-50 MPH winds and heavy rain from a hurricane. We only had 6 or 7 shooters show up.

Champ is doing great. I did a NAVHDA training last Saturday and he pointed every bird he came in contact with. He's got a very good nose! I had all the dogs out this evening and I saw some pheasants but they were in an area I don't run the dogs. The dogs were working something but I don't know what it was. Champ was working whatever it was just as hard as Nittany and Blitz.

Something had his interest.

I would like to get some birds for this weekend but I'm not sure yet if I will.
 
AH....man that is awesome! That little guy is going to be something special, he has two great role models. Have they accepted him on the outings yet?
 
They are both fine with Champ. Except when Champ wants to play in the fields, Nittany lets him know it is not play time.
