PetFoodDirect - Customer Disservice

The title says it all.

I order veterinarian cat food (quit the jokes, I honestly don't have the time to devote to a dog - and the fact that I can hunt birds, in Massachusetts, without a dog, successfully, has to count for something), and recently set up an auto refill service with PetFoodDirect.com

Not only did they send me 4 fifty pound bags of cat food, they said that it was because that's what I've ordered in the past and they will not take back the three extra unless I pay shipping myself. Who in their right mind would order 200# of CAT FOOD! My two cats eat a coffee mug full per day!

Needless to say, I now have a year's worth of cat food. I'm not too upset about that, but I just wanted to let everyone know that the people at PetFoodDirect.com make politicians seem honest and trustworthy, and if you're thinking about ordering from them, you may do better to find another company.
