I'm getting ready to purchase a Garmin Alpha and was curious if anyone has used ODS before. They seem to have a little bit better package deal than some other outfits.

If anyone knows of a good deal on one somewhere else please let me know also.

I occasionally buy things from LLBean and they will email 10-20% off coupons once in a while...one year after the holidays I got a 30% off email and bought a Garmin Alpha bundle from them...best deal I think I could have found. If you shop there, and/or know someone that does, you could use one of those larger % off coupons. Good luck.

Thanks for the info MOBirds, I went ahead and ordered from Outdoor Dog Supply, I need one asap as my rescue dog needs some definite recall work. ODS seems to be reputable, and they called to see if I wanted to backorder an item or delete it from my order and the rest has shipped already.

Now to learn how to get the most out of the Alpha.
