Will need virtually everything from general dog supplies to specialized training items.

First bird dog and after we lost our last one, donated every single dog related to the thrift store since we were fairly sure we’d do more traveling….. that decision didn’t pan out😆

Front range gundogs. Intermediate Ruffland kennel and an intermediate kennel devider. Maybe a lead and a training tab too.
Been looking at the ruffland kennels, what are the chances it would outgrow the intermediate size? I see they are like a 30” kennel, another place I was checking suggested a 36” kennel.

Was thinking of just getting a used cheap large kennel for home and making my own divider. When she stops growing is when I was thinking of pulling the trigger on a better suited/ higher end kennel…..or is that thinking not the best path?

It won’t . My 62 lb Chesapeake is in an intermediate. The backseat rider or the slant back suv would work too if you or your have a smaller car.
That price as front range isn’t that great after shipping I was looking at them for a two door for my frontseat 3rd dog. Backseat is full with two dogs already. The 2 door was priced better than locally for me .
Your other thinking is not bad either.
I have cheaper kennels I picked up at garage sales in my office and at the shop and in the basement.
I’d start fresh with a new small feed store kennel I’d hate to get parvo or something out of a used kennel.

Ok thanks, I do have a full size truck now crew cab but a hard Tonneau cover, next truck may be mid size with a cap or possibly mid size SUV. Thinking of retirement next year so a smaller vehicle may be in my horizon. I appreciate the size references

I guess before I go spending the money I guess I need to slide my front seat back and stick one of my intermediates in there and see if I can even see out my mirror.I maybe sticking my dog in a medium.
