A post by Kismet motivated this thread on old huntin' boots. Sorry, unable to upload a photo of my old boots. Big disappointment, right? :p BTW, what is the secret to uploading a JPG photo to a post in this website?

Check in the Website Announcement & Support forum. There are several posts in there on how to post photos. You need to have your photo on a site like Photobucket.
