whats up guys, i just got a house in the north east corner of penn. Pike county. I am wondering if there is any pheasant population in wmu 3d? I would like to start pheasant hunting up there.

I not looking for anyones spot, just looking for some info. Thanks
 
Your pheasant hunting is going to consist of state released birds and they do a good job in this area. There are two locations in this WMA that have on occasion had successfully broods and hold over birds.They are not consistent enough how ever to be considered a wild population. There are still a few grouse and at times the woodcock hunting can be very good! Good hunting!
