Just a quick hello to make introductions....I just found this site today and was very impressed with the level of information and willingness of other hunters in the area to help out - the site was given an immediate bookmark as a place I figure I'll be coming back to quite a bit.

I've been working the WIHA areas just West of Salina, so if you know of any strong areas around here, I'd love to hear from you. I'm pretty new to the area so it's generally just me and my GSP, Zeke. The kids are still a bit young to get out with regularity, but my two oldest (8 and 6) make some very short excursions with me so they can fight with the tall grass!

Welcome. I took my 15 year old and 8 year old out yesterday for the first time. I think the 8 year old had more fun. Don't wait for them to get older....some teenagers want to get away from the parents, not hang out with them.
