New to Colorado

New to the state and was just wondering if there are any places around the Aurora/Denver area to run my 2 german short hairs and maybe kick up a few birds in the process?

You might get lucky with a few birds close to the city but there really isn't anything to great near Denver/Aurora. Your best bet is to head at least 2 hours north/northeast. South of Ft. Morgan will get you into some decent habitat.
