Howdy! I'm from western WA, but do all my pheasant/chukar hunting on the east side. We do have lots of grouse here, so when I can't head over the mountains you'll find me on the logging roads and blackberry bushes.

Just got a new pup - a Brittany, training hard every day, will actually go in field and hunt late Sept.

Also hunt big game with muzzle loader (side lock, no in-line for me). Use our horses to get back in the back country

I look forward to joining in on some forums and discussions.

Welcome to UPH, It is nice to see a fellow hunter and Brittany man from my state join the group. I look forward to talking with you on those discussions you mentioned. Tell us about your Brit. I have a 5 month old Brittany pup, he is 5 months old today in fact.....Bob

Welcome from sunny, hot California.

welcome to the site another britt lover hell yea we need all the help we can get to rule out the others lol

Disclaimer: I own 3 different breeds of bird dogs (GWP, GSP, and obviously Brits) and I love them all.

;)Look at the brittany guys coming out of the woodwork. Check the introductions from GSP guys and tell me we're an open-minded group:rolleyes:

I like em' all but when it comes to quail hunting, there's nothing I'd rather have than a brit. Bring a GSP to the KS CRP fields for pheasants though! Uh oh, I probably just accidentally hi-jacked your welcome thread. Here we go again.....
