New Boots and Gaiters

Just took delivery of Danner Vital (uninsulated) boots and OR gaiters from REI. Hoping both will reduce drag going through cover. For Danner, the boots were cheap, the price a little over half what I paid for my Ft. Lewises (which seem indestructible).

I'm not sure if you're going to really be able to tell a difference with drag thru brush and things but the sure help with keeping boots and your lower pant legs drier for sure. I bought the kennetrecks and really like them.
