Need help with my GoPro Silver4

Good evening everyone, Chuck Isaac here.
I would like to hear from some members, that take video on their pheasants hunts. I've had this GoPro for three years, and haven't used it. Just lately, I got the unit out, and started to play with the different settings. I have a head mount, and watching many videos, this seems to be the most popular option. We have plenty of time before dove season, but would like some help.

1 make sure you get the angle of the camera right you will need to play with it to get it right (for me its angled down just a little bit)
2 go from wide view to medium or narrow view ( it will make the birds look closer up)
3 lots of batteries and a way to charge them like a car charger (there are after market ones for pretty cheep )
4 lots and lots of memory storage
5 If you are going to be on a trip when filming you will need a lab top to dump the videos on so you can start clean the next day.
