Need advice on how to sell small house in pheasant country

We have a 2-bdr, 800 sq ft house in New Holland, SD that we are trying to sell, ideal for pheasant hunters. It's in good shape, with full bath and stove and fridge. We need some advice on how to find our target market because newspapers don't cut it. We are asking $9,900 but are willing to negotiate of course. Any suggestions from you pheasant hunters out there?

In my opinion you would be better off renting it out to Pro Birddog trainers in the summer, and then renting it to hunters in the fall, you could get your money two fold out of it in a few short years, and then some.:thumbsup:
