NE Montana Camping Options

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and new to upland bird hunting. My husband and I along with our 15 month old Brittany are planning a trip to NE Montana next week. We are planning on spending a week hunting around the Froid area. Does anyone have information on good places to camp in the area. Thanks!
 
Froid/Medicine Lake are a little limited when it comes to any type of improved camping. If you have a self contained camper you might be OK on a state section here and there. Watch the weather that time of year. You could easily get snowed in or stuck in the gumbo if you are off an improved road. If that doesn't work I'd try and RV campground in either Culbertson or Plentywood. Good luck.
 
Sparks Bed and Breakfast about 5 miles east of froid has RV sites with electric and water. Bird cleaning house, kennels, and shower House. Real nice place 1 406 963-2247
