My Non hunting dog hit by a duck hunter on purpose

I have a pitbull, that got hit yesterday by a duck hunter after a brief argument about the right to be on the land. My dog followed him, and on purpose he hit her with his van right in her face threw her from the road into the corn field. Now she has to get her eye removed and might have some brain issues. For me i would like to strangle this guy, poke his eyeballs out.. As you can see i am not very happy right now. Thank god thats all that is wrong with her, they said if she wasnt a pitbull she wouldnt be here right now. Just lets hope she makes it through.

My prayers are with you and your dog. I hope that things work out for the both of you the best they can. It frustrates me to hear of issues like this. To me it's no different than if he had hit your child. I would contact the authorities and deal with this on a greater level. Who knows he may never be able to hunt again when it's all said and done. Again I hope the best for you.

The cops are involved, he just about got arrested for his mouth. I have full permission to be on the land, as i am watching the guys house as he left for the winter. this guy thinks he owns everything and which he doesnt own shit besides a duck blind. But that doesnt give him the right to tell me what to do..
