Please let me apologize now if I am being a blow hard.
My New Years resolution is to never again take a tail gate picture of the birds I've been graced to take. I will not make them an after thought ever again. The pictures I've seen (not so much on here) with stacks of birds on a tailgate with captions like "If it flies it dies" or "whack 'em and stack 'em" portray us hunters in a bad light and have left a bad taste in my mouth.
I will take more habitat pictures, pics showing the beauty of our natural places, and of the dogs and when I am lucky enough to bag a bird or two for dinner they will be displayed with the respect and dignity they deserve for giving their wild life for my sport.
