Muck Boots

Believe it or not I haven't ever had a problem with wet feet. I should say I don't wear them in snow though. But if it is dry out, I'm wearing tennis shoes! I'll look into getting a pair of Danners.

I wear mucks more then almost anything. Work, hunting, trials training. Non stop. As a contractor/ carpenter, I beat the heck out of them. Just wore a hole in one after 4 years of the most abuse your going to give a boot. And It was when I was roofing. On my knees with my toes bent bad, the boot cracked on that bend just on the side above the toes. More of a older rubber issue and below zero. They lost a little flexibility after 4-5 years but not to bad till its real cold. I bought 2 pair the same. The other pair I never used on the roof, they are still going strong. Little slippery when you wear off the tread. I would Highly recommend muck boots. They don't make a finer boot in that niche, the muck. And no one on earth has abused them more then me LOL. I have arch issues and get sore feet from many shoes and boots. Not with my mucks. Why I wear them for so many other things.

PS I wear them in wet, winter you name it. Just let them dry if you work yourself up to sweaty feet, good to go the next day. I will stick some news paper in the bottom as well for work. I could take a picture of some Danner, Georgia, redwing, Cat, and a few others collecting dust in the porch.:D But every ones feet are different. If they are comfortable to you, trust me, bad product is not an issue with muck. It stings a little to pay 100$ or so. But worth every penny. You can get sales from time to time. Cabalas had a black fri deal for 70 bucks when I got my last 2 pair 4-5 years ago. I am due to go shopping again. As soon as a sale hits, 2 more pair for me:thumbsup:

I love my muck boots when it gets really cold or wet or both. But for everyday hunting I prefer my Irish Setters.
