More training with Echo

Ok. I'm not sure of your tone or experience... But you're not actually complaining about a flushing dog trapping birds, right? Because that's definitely a good thing.

Also, I love that you didn't take that bird right away. People do it all the time and wonder why the dog doesn't bring the bird right back.
 
Thank you for the insight. Not complaining. I want more retrieve work. She held a great point on the multiple birds she caught. I own a started lab who has hunted with me over the last 5 years. He is 12 (soon to be 13) and officially retired. Echo is my first gundog that I am responsible for training (as a puppy). I am grateful for the help I receive from so many people. I dream about our first day in the field.
