Cracked 60 recently, have many friends/acquaintances that have died, are sick, etc, and it dawns on me I’m better off doing this while I’m able, and not forcing my wife and non-gun loving kids to dispose of them after I’m pushing up daisies. I’m now able to post pics, as of 3 months ago; I’m not interested in shipping guns, but I’m frequently in the twin cities, and many parts of greater Minnesota, as well as both Dakota’s. I have a fox sterlingworth 16 that’s very nice but has too much drop for me. I have 3 Uggie 16’s, all of which I shoot well, the last one I acquired is a gun with a pow grip, 28” barrels choked skt1/skt2, I believe, and has ejectors…a grade 3…excellent shape. I also have an Uggie AOC/SG that I intend to keep, but would consider selling…on par with an AYA 4/53…John Hollinger from Aspen Outfitting Company worked with Uggie and created an upscale boxlock, guessing they were made for 15 years? Most of my guns have 15” lop, I’ve had pads installed. I have an 1100 12 gauge from the 70’s, think it’s 26” with IC…decent shape, will sell cheap, just in the way at this point. More interested in getting guns in the right hands, knowing they’ll be used and appreciated…pricing is negotiable but fair for both parties, based on current market…so, to be determined…but Spanish doubles have softened, it’s a buyers market, it seems. Back up plan is for the wife to dump this job on one of a few buddies of mine who are versed in guns. No illness, just planning ahead…and making room in the safe, in case something else catches my fancy! 🍻💝
