My wife purchased the Jacket from them a few weeks ago.
 
if it is brand new, and just purchased, return it, your only out the shipping
just a thought

once Cabellas had their brand of upland boots, they advertized them with a 30 day money back guarintee. after three weeks i was putting them on and my wife noticed them and said I thought you got new boots, i said these are them. she said they won't last two years, the toes were down to bare already, so i returned them and Cabellas had no problem, also the next year these boots had no 30 day warrenty.
 
I appreciate the suggestion Bud but unfortunately I made the mistake of buying from a company that does not accept returns on Sale items.

I will not be a Macalister customer again. I did call them and they made no effort to help me.Too bad their products seem pretty good but in this day and age there are too many folks out there wanting to make the customer happy to deal with those who do not.

I just had a remarkable customer support experience with Under Armour when one of my son's football cleats broke. They have a loyal customer for life.
That's also why for many years I have bought from LL Bean.
That's the way it should work. You support me and I'll support you.
