I'm from and live in Nebraska, but my wifes family is from Louisiana and time spent when im thier are trying to find good quail spots. I think if the state spent a little extra time they good make for good quail hunting down there. Why do I care if I'm here in Nebraska? Because that's just the upland hunter in me. I care about bird nation as a whole.

It is good to see upland birds thrive in all the states. One thing I like about this forum is seeing hunters from other states enjoy the bird hunting in their states even though I will probably never hunt there.

Yes it is, I'm bless here in the midwest. I just tell my buddies hey atleast you have preserves down in Louisiana it is better than nothing.
