I have a 20 O/U but I am considering a 12 O/U. I need recommendations on a good one that doesn’t weight too much yet still is good an absorbing some of that recoil. I have a Semi but would like to try a O/U

Thanks

You'll get alot of answers......

I have a Browning Cynergy CX Composite. It can take a beating, is light but not too light, has the ability to add spacers at the buttstock for fit of length, has the ability to raise the cheek pad for proper head alignment, has several barrel length options, smooth and crisp trigger. Plus it's a sharp looking gun.

Take a look at the Weatherby Orion 1. I have the twenty gauge and that comes in just a little over 6 lbs. The 12 gauge comes in at just a little over 7. My Citori Hunter in 12 gauge comes in at 7.75 lbs. I do love the way my Citori feels and it shoots wonderful . I don't spend much time in the field anymore usually one to two hours so the Citori weight doesn't bother me.

Wait a minute, let me get my glasses. Is that goose over there or is that a high-brow blue-blood in a Suburban?

Technically EELL means Extra Extra Lusso Lusso. Lusso=Luxurious

Goose, lets go on a late season hunt together. Bring that late model 'burban with the heated seats and steering wheel. I'll call one of the Gucci lodges in Montana and get a reservation. They'll throw out a bunch of cracked corn and liberated birds 30 minutes before we start our hunt.

There are many options out there for what you are looking for. I’d suggest getting to a shop and holding as many different guns as you can. I prefer Beretta but really liking the new Rizzini I bought his year also.
