lewellyn setter breeder

Does anyone have any experiance with houdini lewellyn setters? just wondering what their dogs r like,are they close or far ranging? what size? retrieve?
 
I do not have first hand knowledge of thier dogs. But looking at some of the pedigrees, there are some nice dogs in there.

Another one to look at is HighCotton Llewellins, if you are looking for a little bigger running Llew than average.
 
Then there is always Mrs. King or the Bloodgoods. My pup came from someone that bought dogs from both and then has bred them.

So I have a half humphrey/half Blizzard pup that is turning out to be pretty smart. Can't wait until it warms up a bit and I can go find quail for him.
 
High Flyn Kennels - Elko Minnesota, I know the breeders, they are in a retriever club with me. I do not know much of Llewyelyns but I know they have a great kennel and do excellent training and breeding.
