Does anyone here have experience at the quail management area at panther? I drew a permit for tomorrow and still 50/50 on being able to make the 3 1/2 hour trip. My schedule has changed since I applied back in August. I would offered it up to someone else but I confirmed with IDNR that they are non-transferable.

Did you wind up going? Just wondering what it's like down there. I looked at the stats, and for a site that big, there wasn't many birds killed last year. If you went I hope you were successful.

No, unfortunately I did not make the trip. Hopefully I got drawn again next year but I’m not sure the probability of that happening.
