I only ask people once if they say no.

Bothering someone for 20 years is only compounding the problem. You have to be willing to respect no for an answer.

Some people don't like hunting. I've asked one guy many times to hunt one little patch and always a no. I think he feels possessive of the wildlife that uses his property. So I hunt next door and kill his birds.
