W wisturkeyhunter New member Nov 2, 2009 #2 Everyone wants to complicate it by marinating it or wraping it in various meats but in my opinion pheasant is best with a little salt/pepper then grilled topped with a nice sauce like a beurre blance. Maybe I'm strange though.
