Hunting's Ending, So It's Time to Eat Birds

Seems like I end up putting most of my birds in the freezer and then start eating them after the season ends. I have about 12 pheasant breasts, three turkey breasts, and two fresh quail (which I will eat tomorrow). Now is when I start thinking about recipes and taking wild bird dishes to my Sunday potluck group, all of whom like the wild bird meat.

:D Mine too! I usually have them either the night of the hunt or not later than a day afterward. Of course I was jobless thruout the season, so same went for deer and antelope too.

I too would be interested in the 'wrap recipe' mentioned above? I like about anything in a wrap.
