tm, I think the confusion is on purpose. The changed format makes it very difficult to compare this years map to the map books of the previous 10 years. This effectively obscures the huge number of WIA's that have been lost. Remember approx. 60% of the SD GF&P budget has been the sale of non-resident licenses, primarily pheasant hunters. I am sure the loss of millions of dollars will make for a tighter budget, but I do think Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.

I would say we have a 100% chance of SD being #1 in roosters harvested in 2010! Having made that bold prediction....I must say that it is too bad even state government stuff has to get messed up!:cool:
