How to get profile pic up

Anyone know why my propile picture won't show up with my posts? I right clicked on the photo in my CP photo profile, go into properties and the pixels are 97x100 (right size). I can't figure out why it's not showing up.

You have to put it in the Avatar section. Then hit save changes
