How to clean a duck

I skin the ducks. Use the whole bird, roasted.
I can skin a Mallard clean it up in probably less the 5 minutes. :)
 
I breast all of mine now. Make jerky out of them. Best jerky you will ever eat!

However, when I used to pluck them all (or when I want a roasted one) I use parafin (sp) wax. Like peeling an orange. Can do a goose in no time.

I bought a plucker that attached to a drill long ago. Could never get the hang of it.
