This is my second home (can not sell) that is mainly used for hunting and fishing and looking for renters for this fall. House located in Florence, SD, which is 20 miles NW of Watertown and 20 miles SE of Webster, SD (northwestern Codington Co.). Fully furnished house. Home includes three bedrooms (five beds), stove, microwave, washer, drier, TV, DVD, couch, garage, etc. Looking for responsible groups ONLY. Dogs welcome
Area is great for all types of hunting and fishing, with large amounts public hunting areas. Water conditions are the best they have been in several years and local hatch is outstanding.
Generally asking $20-30 per person/per day depending on group size.
