Hatfield SAS Question

For those of you that shoot a Hatfield SAS shotgun, have you ever had issues with the carrier dog plunger and spring attached to the trigger group? What did you do to fix it and stop it from popping off?

Update... it looks like Hatfield is no longer a working gun company and has been renamed/replaced by McCoy Arms. I am trying to get in touch with someone at McCoy now and to see if they are going to be able to get my shotgun covered under warranty.

If you want to spend time reading the legal case, it is not too far off the original family kerfuffle.

I am guessing I am going to have to practice my gunsmithing skills and see what I can do to fix it.

I tried deep diving youtube, came up with a few videos but nothing describing what you got going on.
