Has Anybody hunted Washington or Morgan County

Just wandering if any of you hunted in Washington or Morgan county this season. Was there for opening of dove season and saw plenty birds.... pheasant,doves, and the reacently re-introduced non huntable plains sharp-tailed grouse.

Morgan County

Was born and raised in Morgan County.. My father tells of the days when birds were plentiful, but those days are past. There are a few areas that hold birds left, but very little on Public areas. I still tromp through the fields when I spend time at "home". Seem to get a bird here and their, but nothing that I would brag about. Have family still residing in the county, who tells me that the bird numbers are down...

Goatman, thanks for the reply. Any word on washington county? Im trying to get out this sunday and were taking the kids its alot easier to keep their attention when the wings are flappin.
