Getting there. The sad part is, my knees probably aren't too far behind yours. I have one that rolls the wrong way that the doc thinks may need to be replaced before I'm forty if it bothers me. Luckily, since I've been done with football after my sophomore year of college, I haven't had too many issues with it. My grandpa tells me that having them replaced is worth it though, and he's in his 80's. Said it made him almost want to try a jog again.
