How are things looking habitat wise as the growing season starts and pheasants and ducks start nesting?

Just starting to poke out of the ground & green up. Some widespread precip very soon would be welcome to give it a nice boost before nesting gets into full swing. Besides mild winters the last couple years, early habitat growth has been key to great hatches, great hunting, & great winter survival.

Early habitat growth happens because of timely rain. Those rains are very important for insect growth which is a major element in chick growth.
