GoPro Footage - 2 flushes and retrieves

Great camera angles and clarity. How did you mount the camera? What kinds of settings do you use? I am thinking about buying a camera and filming myself but I want to make sure and get it right with the right camera and the right angles.

My camera is actually pretty old, the GoPro Hero 3 - I think this was GoPro's first 4k camera, it's way out of date, so you can get them pretty cheap now ($114): https://www.amazon.com/GoPro-Advent...8&qid=1548110555&sr=8-3&keywords=gopro+hero+3

They have a whole new set of top of the line fancy cameras now though (more $$$'s) (https://shop.gopro.com/cameras)

Since I have bought it, I have never changed the settings on it. I've used it for hunting, motorcycle, skiing vid's etc. They are pretty foolproof, although I'm no video expert!
