I found a goose nest on a muskrat house and put up a camera. I'm not sure if they will hatch or not .I found the nest covered with mud and cattails after I checked the cam and I thought they eggs were gone because it looked different then when I put the cam. There was a goose fight that I got pics of and the goose feathers from the nest were scattered all around the house .After I checked the eggs and found them buried and cold I put the cam back on and the geese did come back .Maybe she has not started hatching them yet .There were only two eggs in the nest. I still have a cam on it.
I made the mistake of putting some corn on the house for the geese and the muskrat came after it.
