Renter just stripped out mopst of corn onmy ground at the pheasant camp lodge and we are having a big friends and family hunt tomorrow and the weather looks excellent.
I went out with sons new lab just myself and dog 2 days ago right after combined were doning stripping on the west far. I would guesstimate we put up 300 birds in 2 hours and the dog did not flush one. These birds are really spooky this year.
Will be interesting to see what day brings tomorrow. Will have report, photos and video for you later.
A lot of crop is coming out now but bottlenecks are at the elevators and grain dryers which will hold things up. Moldy corn is now becoming and issue too.
