remy3424 Well-known member Feb 12, 2021 #2 Not a recipe, but the few times I made venison jerky, I used the Hi Mountain brand mix, on the many recommendations from others, very good. I can't recall the flavor I used, looks like they have a lot of choices now, just don't over cook it.
