Good Hunting Preserve in MN?

Any birds left?

Does anyone know of any preserves that are somewhat near the metro that have birds available for non-members? Caribou just jacked up there prices to 24 bucks a bird!!! I know alot of other presreves are also out of birds.
 
Good luck with finding Phez right now. The SD game preserves took them all. Even Chuckar are getting high priced.
 
You can try calling Sand Pine near Avon. They still had birds as of last weekend. You can also try Gold Meadows. I was at Gold Meadows this last weekend and he had birds then but not sure how long he will have them. Depends on how busy he gets.

I wouldn't blame it just on the SD game preserves, I'm sure other places that claim they have all wild bird hunts, bought some too. There were too many sold this fall to all go to the preserves.
