It is cool when you get a pup to that stage when they take off. I just got my new kid Loren introduced to the gun this weekend. It went well. A little more messing around and she can get some shot flyers. She has a motor that won't quit. She is a very flashy little girl and has the find for a mile away nose. A super hard flush and marks well. I think she will be a winner.:thumbsup: She is a lover, and basicly a copy of River my older dog. Should have the rest of the parts bolted on for some fall puppy stakes and some hunting.:thumbsup:

oh boy, that sounds fun. I LOVE that time in their development. I'm anxious to see that in the next dog (whenever down the road that may be). Good luck with her

Well she got her first flyers shot to her this past weekend. She did a nice job. She has no problem chasing or retrieving, so after March or April, I will start steadying her up. :thumbsup:
