Geier gloves

I'm not sure how many of you are as picky about gloves as I am but if you are these gloves are awesome. I have a small hand and am sick of ill fitting, generic sized (s,m,l) gloves so I ordered a pair of these Geier deerskin gloves in 7.5". I measured my hand at 8" per their measuring instructions but since I like my gloves to fit tight, "like a glove" you might say, I ordered them a half size small and they're perfect. They also offer them with thinsulate, fleece, and merino wool lining for colder weather. I highly recommend these gloves and only wish I had found the sooner.

I just buy Deer skin gloves at the local farm supply store. Yes there are the Bee's Knee's. I like the good grip one has on the gun. Nylon gloves suck like holding a Popsicle.

Hey Bob,

Enjoyed our day last fall at Draper...are you planning to return??

I too, have problems fitting off the shelf gloves: thumb too long and index finger as well. I usually cut them off and resew them to fit.

At one time, I was in the surgical glove business - I have some experience fitting gloves. All the surgical gloves come in mid sizes - 7.5, 8.5 et al. There is some stretch to the material, hence they usually fit most hands.

Not the case with mass produced "warm gloves."

I found one mfg. that makes a zipper for chemical heat pockets. Why others aren't following suit is a complete mystery. My right hand doesn't get adequate circulation, so I need to resort to a heavier glove

I'm constantly searching for warm well- fitting gloves, but usually alter the ones on the market to fit my hand!

To say I enjoyed it would be an understatement Jonny, what an amazing place. I will be returning for sure!

I used to do the off the shelf, hardware store glove thing too but the quality, fit and finish of these gloves speak for themselves and they're made in the USA to top it off. I figure I would never buy a generic sized boot and expect it to fit right so why did I expect it out of my gloves?

We have a box hdwe. store here in the mid- west that competes with Lowe's and Home Depot - Menard's. They have a great selection of work gloves, but one needs to try on several to get a close fit.

My problem is with the warm gloves...

See you next fall??
