Gear That Lasted At Least A Decade?

Ok, just imaging all the mice, vols and, rats there would be if the cats weren't keeping them in-check! Is this really a problem? I seldom see a cat that I think doesn't belong to someone. No, I don't own one, it just is like shooting any other non-target animal while hunting, just generally don't do that.
The cat predators would be replaced by other predators that are natural to the environment. You would simply see more foxes, coyotes, and raptors and whatever else eats those same things as cats. But none of them kill for fun. like cats do.

I'm all for more foxes, raptors and coyotes. They eat what they need. Kats simply kill.

My 2010 Kawasaki Teryx S x S. Just had all the fluids switched out, put in new seats and put on new tires. Adding a roading bar to the back to run my dogs. I also am working on renewing my 30 + year old hitch haul. Wire brush, a fresh coat of Rustoleum and some new reflective stickers.

Jet Sleds. I have one I used for over 20 years hauling firewood at -40 degrees in Alaska.
Jet Sleds are so versatile:
1) Under the outboard motor to catch any bolt that falls while changing a water pump
2) Hauling moose quarters
3) Hauling fire wood
4) Hold water in our pasture for game camera shots
5) Floating while picking up decoys
6) A layout blind to shoot waterfowl from
7) A makeshift ceiling to sit under when in a sudden rain
8) A wind-block to sit behind while glassing for big game
9) A sled to haul ice fishing gear
10) A place for the labs to sit and stay warm and dry and outside of shotgun blast zone

GetTothePoint - let’s see the hat!
A sweet little thing had it made for me on a date at a fair back in high school. The dog was a spitting image of my first and best shorthair I ever had. I have never washed it, it just get better with every field it carries a little dust out of. It fits perfect and still carries the duck bill bend popular at the time. To add to its significance that sweet little thing that got it for me became my wife after college and life circled us back together years later.

Our grouse group hunts around Clam Lake, can see elk if you’re lucky. My son inadvertently shot a spruce grouse, not legal.
