those of you guys in the springs who get the gazette newspaper remember when in the Sundays paper they had a section on the outdoor. Either hunting or fishing like the seasons, when lakes where stocked and such. Does anyone know why they stopped. Just wondering, maybe it is was not politiacally correct.
 
figures, I just sent my payment in for another year and they called a few days ago wondering if I was going to, renew and I sent the payment in the day after I received it, must really be hurting, With TV and internet who really needs the paper.
 
They use to have a guy that wrote in the gazette (they do have an Out There section that replaced the outdoors section) and he retired. He had a golden retriever. I met him a couple of times out at some retriever training back when I use to run a NAHRA club in the Spirngs (mid to late 90s early 2000s)....
