Garmin collar question

I was looking at a website that has these collars.They have the garmin astro 320 combo unit with a dc-40 collar for $599.99. What I want to know is this a good price or not.I seen it on www.gundogsonline.com
 
Pretty much the price I've seen everywhere. While the Garmin provides a ton of information & Garmin has a great reputation in the GPS world, I opted for the SportDog unit . . . I wanted a combo track & train unit & if I need a good GPS unit for me, I already have a Garmin hand-held. So far, so good & I've had great luck with my SportDog e-collar. I only use the GPS collar when we're hunting dense or tall cover so I know where pup is at & when he is on-point, so I don't need the extra features of the Garmin.

That is the normal price that I have seen.

The Garmin Asto is an outstanding unit. I consider it one of the most important bird hunting tools I have.
 
Thanks. I wasn't sure about the price. I never had one before and did not know much on how prices went on them.I plan on getting one before next season.
 
Phil- you might call Lion Country Supply and Gun Dog Supply- one time they had some that were trade in or someone didn't want at quite a reduced price
