Can anyone shed some light on the pheasant hunting on fort hall. Does it have solid numbers of huntable pheasants? Can a guy expect to get into a few birds with a decent dog? I'm just trying to plan ahead so I can save up some cash if the hunting is worth while. I have heard a few good things, but dang it's not cheap. Thanks for any insight.
 
The area is not very big. Much of the bottoms is off limits to white guys. It is very thick, brushy river bottoms. You hear roosters but they are very spooky. They fly out the far side of the willows and cottonwoods for no shot.
I'd save the money for a good trip.
