food plot programs

Hello. On our farm we have a number of places I could put some food
plots, but our equipment is too big to get into the little patchs. I know there
is free seed available, but not interested, I've seen some of it and you'll have
a mess. I want to plant milo and soybeans.
Is there a program that will give you a atv and or a no till drill or planter ?
I've talked to the game groups......they refer you to a fellow that charges.
I mention it to the fellows that hunt that have atv's....they never say yes
or volunteer......so I think i'm going to go with leased hunting. I've had
things in walk in hunting, and again, no help.

thank you

In our county the local soil conservation district rents out a no till drill. That may be an option for you.

I thought I had done this once already, but it never showed up on the forum !

ford....i'm guessing maybe 500 miles or more south of you

as for the conservation district, yes they have a 10 foot great plains drill,
made a ways down the road.

I don't think an atv could pull it. I have an old 2 row lister I could maybe
fix something up it was on 3 point. I could maybe put a rolling cutter
(coulter for you younger kids). I've also toyed with the idea of buying some
older drills, cut them in half, and put rolling cutters on them and have
little no till drills.

both the above might be a lot of work.
