Google lake erie head boat and you will get some of the larger boats to come up. IMO those are a very good option in April when the jig bite is going good. Right now not a very good option. Also can be good options for perch fishing.
For a smaller group charter(3 person) try this guy. http://www.myreelpursuit.com/ Troy is a troller but a very good guy that should be able to work with you and give you what you are looking for. There are other guys that run 3 person trips but almost all of them troll and some quite frankly I wouldn't recommend to take my biggest enemy fishing. I won't list those on here but if you want to PM or email me a name if you get close to booking something I'll let you know what I know about them.
I am not fishing this weekend. Have a club tournament I have to run tomorrow. Looking like another great weekend on Erie.
